Job Summary
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and account transfers accurately. Apply payments for loans, lines of credit, and safe deposit boxes while maintaining cash drawer limits and securing funds. Assist with daily branch balancing, night deposits, and ATM operations. Provide customer service for debit cards, online banking, and mobile banking, educating clients on interactive teller machines and video banking technology. Handle routine inquiries, direct calls to appropriate staff, and identify large transactions for currency reporting. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering regulations, and security procedures to eliminate fraud exposure. Treat all transactions with complete confidentiality. Work 20 hours weekly on-site in Emerson, NE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, listening, written communication, customer service skills
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Proficient computer literacy with knowledge of windows-based computer software
- This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week
- This position is located in Emerson, NE and is not a remote position
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling experience preferred
