Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at a part-time retail station handles cashiering, customer engagement, and store presentation. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating POS, handling cash and refunds, verifying age-restricted sales, stocking shelves and maintaining pricing/signage, preparing self-serve food/beverage items, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and assisting with car wash operations when applicable. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and dependability; CPR/First Aid training is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Cash-handling experience preferred
