Job Summary
Answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system while promoting PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment by maintaining standards during frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling activities up to 75 lbs. This role supports the Judgement Free fitness experience at the Planet Fitness location on Fraser Street, PA, offering growth opportunities for self-starters who pursue excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
