Part Time Customer Service Rep

Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications. Greet customers and determine problems, orders, or reasons for calling. Route questions to sales staff. Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone. Use company computer systems for order entry. Complete sales orders and tender cash sales. Develop product knowledge to assist customers. Maintain a clean and properly stocked showroom. Requires a high school diploma or GED; strong communication and computer skills; ability to self-manage; bilingual ability preferred. Role located in Paterson, NJ with part-time schedule and potential overtime/benefits as described.
