Part Time Customer Service Rep

Part Time Customer Service Representative responsibilities include professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications; greeting customers and determining problems, orders, or reasons for calling; routing questions to sales staff; taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone; entering orders in company computer systems; completing sales orders and tendering cash sales; developing product knowledge for building materials in the drywall industry; maintaining a clean, properly stocked showroom; and providing professional service in an office environment. Training on product knowledge will be provided. Bilingual ability is preferred.
