Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Manager role in Amherst, OH responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience through effective front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and ensuring SOPs and company policies are followed. Key duties include managing and coaching the customer experience team to meet KPIs, serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), participating in performance management and talent development, assisting with cash reconciliation and banking, and supporting inventory functions (RTV/ASN) as needed. Cross-training in Custom Framing in stores that offer framing, with responsibilities expanding to framing workloads where applicable. The position emphasizes leadership, customer-focused problem-solving, safety/shrink programs, and collaboration with store leadership to maintain brand standards and deliver high-quality service. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and light-to-moderate lifting; night, weekend, and early-morning shifts are possible.
