Job Summary
The CSR will provide Five-Star Customer Service across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, supporting the welcome desk, cash wrap, inventory management, and daily operations to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include problem solving, conflict resolution, clear communication, promoting alterations and personalization options, maintaining store standards and dress standards, handling transactions, answering product/service questions, and building long-term customer relationships. The role also involves assisting with sales promotions and visual updates, and supporting overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent degree or 1 -2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
