Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers a Five-Star Customer Service experience across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing customer flow, supporting the welcome desk and cash wrap, inventory management, processing transactions, addressing customer concerns, and partnering with leadership. The role promotes alterations and personalization options, maintains store standards and dress code, answers product/service questions, builds long-term customer relationships, supports sales promotions and visual updates, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and effective communication across channels. Education/experience: High school diploma or equivalent or 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or service environment. Part-time, hourly pay range $12-$15 per hour, with posted base pay between $12 and $15 depending on location and experience.
