Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Part-Time role at David’s Bridal. Responsibilities include greeting customers across in-person, phone, and virtual channels; guiding customer flow to deliver Five-Star service; maintaining service vows (Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs); handling multiple customers simultaneously; addressing concerns and escalating as needed; promoting alterations and personalization options; upholding store standards and dress-code; providing product and service information; building long-term customer relationships; participating in inventory procedures and supporting cash wrap and promotions; and contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment. Education requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of prior retail experience; compensation is hourly with benefits and a team bonus. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds as part of a busy retail setting.
