Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with all customers across in-person, phone, and virtual channels to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. Responsibilities include supporting the welcome desk, cash wrap, inventory management, and daily routines to ensure an exceptional shopping experience; promoting alterations and personalization options; resolving customer concerns through problem solving and effective communication; maintaining store standards and adherence to dress code; and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires empathy, clear communication, ability to adapt to customer needs, collaboration with leadership and alterations teams, and contributing to promotions and visual updates. Education/experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environments.
