Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative engages customers across phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions to deliver a Five-Star shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting the welcome desk and cash wrap, assisting with inventory management, processing orders and returns, promoting alterations and personalization services, maintaining store standards and dress code, handling customer questions with product and service information, and building long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires problem-solving, empathy, clear communication, adaptability to various channels, and collaboration with leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel/service/specialty store environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to interact over phone, chat, and in person
- Ability to stand and perform duties for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
