Part Time Customer Service Representative at David’s Bridal. Responsibilities include interacting with customers via in-person, phone, and virtual chats to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service Experience; support welcome desk, cash wrap, systems/processes, and inventory management; promote alterations services and personalization options; maintain store standards and dress code; address customer questions with product and service information; build long-term relationships to meet customer satisfaction and loyalty; assist with sales promotions and visual updates; and perform other duties as assigned.
