Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator

Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store, training and mentoring staff on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example to engage with customers, maintains a positive store environment, coordinates breaks and POS coverage, handles customer concerns promptly, ensures tasks align with the store plan, communicates priorities with management, supports store goals for safety and shrink reduction, and partners with management on training needs to enhance effectiveness.
