Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's for Tool Rental: greet and assist customers, help locate and select merchandise, load merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and collaborate across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Requires basic computer/retail-tech experience; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed; bilingual skills and department-trade certification are preferred. Part-time with flexible schedules and benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
