PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Greet, engage, and assist customers during the checkout process while monitoring transactions through the check lane with respect for customers and their purchases. Open additional registers or call for more baggers based on customer traffic to ensure a speedy checkout. Complete daily tasks to ensure the store atmosphere meets safety and cleanliness goals, including adhering to guidelines on restricted sale items and reporting pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle various tenders such as Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP, WIC, and coupons per company policy. Maintain store safety practices and adhere to all local, state, and federal laws. This part-time role requires standing long periods, walking, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
