Convert phone shops to reservations and rentals by viewing every customer contact as a sales opportunity, actively soliciting business after every rate quote and addressing objections to obtain bookings. Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving the rental and billing process while maintaining a positive service experience through listening and identifying needs. Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. This role is part of the Hertz Local Edition team, where the brand ambassador provides the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to customers.
