Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Agent at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. (LIT Airport) provides exceptional service to airport passengers, welcomes travelers, assists with inquiries, and supports check-in and boarding processes. Responsibilities include greeting passengers, providing flight information, handling check-in and baggage processes, assisting with self-service kiosks and online check-in, resolving passenger issues, making announcements, ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations, coordinating with ground staff, processing ticket sales and re-bookings, and maintaining knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services. Requires 1 year of customer service experience, ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays, and compliance with security/credentialing requirements. Exhibits strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced airport environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including use of electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
