Job Summary
Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience while utilizing reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes. Assist customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, including lifting bags weighing up to 75 pounds onto the belt. Interact with travelers to create a positive start to their trip while managing irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training, shift trading flexibility, and includes free travel across the American Airlines global network for you and your family.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
