Job Summary
Customer Service Agent at an international airport location; responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, providing flight information, guiding customers through self-service options, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with ground staff, and supporting with ticketing and re-bookings while adhering to airline and airport regulations. Requirements include English proficiency, at least 1 year of customer service experience, ability to use electronic devices, background check and drug screen, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
- Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
