Job Summary
Handle a high volume of incoming calls ensuring customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy by resolving issues, determining needs, offering products and services, and closing sales. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products, account processes, and billing procedures while utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional opportunities. Present a professional image to develop trusting relationships and effectively manage customer account data, including setting up new accounts and maintaining related information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred
