Job Summary
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by leading front-end operations and omnichannel processes; manage and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve KPIs and support the Store Manager in SOPs, policies, and team development. Plan and execute in-store events, participate in shrink and safety programs, assist with cash handling and inventory processes (including RTV/ASN), and train/observe staff to meet performance targets. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), foster an inclusive, positive environment, engage with customers to provide solutions, and collaborate across departments to uphold brand standards. Includes responsibilities across truck unloading, stock replenishment, and, in select stores, framing-related duties; requires evenings, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled retail setting.
