Job Summary
Part-time role at Michaels Stores in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area focusing on delivering a customer-centric shopping experience and leading front-end operations. Responsibilities include managing omnichannel processes, coaching and developing the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier), supporting SOPs and company programs, assisting with cash reconciliation, inventory and framing operations (including cross-training in Custom Framing in stores that do not have a Framing Manager), serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), participating in events, and maintaining store standards while achieving KPIs. Includes requirement to participate in truck unloading, stocking, shrink/safety programs, returns to vendors/ASN, and performing duties across both general retail and framing workloads.
