Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator

Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while assigning registers and coordinating breaks. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Prioritize tasks according to the store plan and communicate effectively with management and staff. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; requires one year of retail and six months of leadership experience. Starting pay is $16.92 to $17.42 per hour.
