Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator (Part-time) leads front-of-store customer service and oversees a team of Associates to ensure prompt, courteous interactions and promote loyalty programs. Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage. Addresses customer concerns promptly, maintains a positive customer experience, and collaborates with management on Associate training needs. Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety. Promotes safety, shrink reduction goals, and a collaborative store environment; emphasizes effective communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a retail setting. Location: Tinley Park, IL; flexible scheduling including nights and weekends; compensation starts at $16.00–$16.50 per hour with applicable benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train others
- Ability to respond to changes and unexpected situations
- Able to work nights and weekends
