Job Summary
Part-time Customer Experience Coordinator at TJX Companies. Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store, training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring adherence to policies. Coordinates POS coverage, addresses customer concerns promptly, communicates priorities to management and Associates, supports store shrink reduction and safety initiatives, and collaborates with management on training needs to increase effectiveness. Ideal candidate demonstrates merchandising understanding, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to train others while delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train others
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
