Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store, coaching on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Trains and mentors Associates, assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks. Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures tasks align with store plans while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Communicates priorities to management and Associates, provides feedback, supports associate training needs, adheres to labor laws, and contributes to shrink reduction and safety programs. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; focused on teamwork, strong communication, and organizational skills to deliver a positive in-store customer experience.
