Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, assigns POS coverage, addresses customer concerns promptly, and supports store goals. Focuses on effective communication with management and Associates, maintaining a safe and organized store, and upholding labor policies and store procedures. Demonstrates leadership through coaching, teamwork, and a commitment to honesty and integrity while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting loyalty initiatives.
Required Qualifications
