Job Summary
Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator role focusing on promoting an excellent customer experience while supervising front-of-store Associates, training on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Responsibilities include assigning registers and managing POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, ensuring adherence to store plans and labor policies, coaching and mentoring Associates, maintaining a safe, organized store, and communicating priorities to management. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong merchandising, multitasking, and teamwork abilities, and must be available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Salary starts at $18.00–$18.50/hour (annualized $37,440–$38,480) based in Mount Kisco, NY.
