Job Summary
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while assigning registers and coordinating break coverage. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support shrink reduction goals. This part-time role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
