Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store Associates, training and mentoring on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in engaging customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring tasks align with the store plan. Coordinates POS coverage and breaks, addresses customer concerns promptly, supports training needs with management, and contributes to a safe, high-service environment. Requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience; strong communication, multitasking, merchandising knowledge, and teamwork skills; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
