Job Summary
Part Time Customer Care Specialist at Base Supply Store (25 hours/week). Responsibilities include delivering customer service to in-store and online shoppers, researching and providing quotes, performing cashier and stock duties, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. Must have retail customer service experience, comfort with a computer-based cash register, and the ability to perform online research and quotes with high accuracy; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; workplace focuses on supporting increased employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
