Job Summary
Part Time Customer Care Specialist at Beyond Vision’s Base Supply Store. Responsibilities include assisting in-store and online shoppers, performing cashier and stock duties, researching and providing quotes, reviewing orders, and processing shipments. Requires retail customer service experience, comfort with a computer-based cash register, detail-oriented data entry, order processing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekdays only in a family-like store environment that supports the mission of increasing employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Experience working with a computer-based cash register.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform online research and create quotes, review orders, and enter information at the highest level of accuracy.
- The ability to lift to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
