Job Summary
Part-Time Customer Care Representative in Movado Group’s call center. Sell and service through inbound calls handling product orders, parts orders, and repair requests; resolve issues and billing disputes; record detailed customer interactions; participate in mandatory monthly training; possible mandatory overtime during peak seasons. Requires ability to learn multiple systems, strong professionalism, and remote-call center experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role supports Movado’s brands in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth within a luxury watch company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
- Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote proficiency
- ACD system experience a plus including app pairing and/or basic troubleshooting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual/Spanish a plus
