Part Time Customer Advocate at Carvana in Market Operations. You’ll be the face of Carvana at our on-site car vending machine, creating an amazing pickup experience for customers. Responsibilities include completing customer paperwork, logging thorough notes in the tracking system, and promptly addressing customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process. You’ll maintain a safe driving record and meet CMV/vehicle requirements, with Notary eligibility to be obtained within 90 days (state-specific details provided by Carvana). Role requires physical tasks (loading/unloading, detailing) in indoor/outdoor settings, and the ability to work 6 days a week with two shift options (7 am–3 pm or 1 pm–9 pm) including Saturdays. Starting pay is $19/hour, with potential growth to $19.50–$21 based on performance and internal programs; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition reimbursement for continuing education, and stock-related programs.
