Job Summary
Clean and maintain office spaces, hangars, crew areas, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Empty garbage and recycling containers, restock cleaning supplies, and clean windows, doors, and other facility surfaces as required. Assist Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with non-certified maintenance support tasks, including cleaning aircraft interiors and exteriors, performing surface preparation, painting, sanding, masking, priming, and finishing while maintaining quality and safety standards. Assist with aircraft positioning, hangar organization, and seasonal grounds maintenance such as snow removal and salting. Report facility maintenance concerns and safety hazards, maintain cleaning equipment, and follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearances, if required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial, maintenance, facility, or aviation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
