Job Summary
Conduct evening event shift sanitation at the Delta Center, assisting in cleaning restrooms, banquet rooms, locker rooms, suites, concourses, windows, stairs, elevators, carpets, and floors. Maintain neat custodial closets and storage areas while reporting repair needs to the department manager. Interact tactfully with patrons and employees, operate with an emphasis on safety, and perform general duties as assigned. Work independently and with a team during concerts, Utah Jazz games, and Utah Mammoth games. Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, and some holidays as needed
- This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
- This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess
- This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
- This person must be able to lift 20 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years custodial experience preferred
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
