Job Summary
Maintain building cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; clean and sanitize restrooms while replenishing supplies; empty trash receptacles; and dust surfaces including desks, tables, and windowsills. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines while working independently with minimal supervision. Perform duties in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms. Requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of industrial floor machines, and physical stamina for lifting heavy objects. Schedule runs Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM for 4 hours weekly at $16.25/hour in Harmony, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Able to withstand moving, lifting, and bending
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment; including industrial floor machines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively
