Job Summary
The Part-Time Custodian is responsible for comprehensive cleaning across all areas of the building, including classrooms, bathrooms, offices, and hallways. Duties encompass vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and emptying trash using appropriate equipment and supplies. The role includes locking/unlocking doors, activating/deactivating alarm systems, washing windows, and performing minor repairs. Compliance with laws regarding waste disposal is mandatory. Requires a High School diploma or GED and ability to perform tasks in a school or office environment, typically moderate to loud noise levels.
