PART-TIME CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN

Conduct janitorial, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and presentable. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures. Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Refill soap, paper towel, and restroom supplies. Report maintenance needs for lighting, plumbing, and other issues. Set up and tear down for meetings, events, or special projects. Trim bushes, edge sidewalks, and maintain flower beds. Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from walkways and parking areas. Shovel snow, spread salt, and maintain safe outdoor walkways during winter. Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as planting or mulching. Use a computer to record work. Work Monday-Friday 2nd shift availability with up to one Saturday a month for special projects. Part-time, non-exempt position (20-25 hours a week).
