Job Summary
The Custodial Team Member is responsible for providing custodial services at multiple locations according to a customer's custodial checklist. The role requires effective communication with the custodial coordinator, the ability to work as part of a team, and the flexibility to adjust to changes in work hours. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor and have the capacity to work independently and efficiently, as well as handle custodial equipment while maintaining safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to follow health and safety policy and regulations
- Experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate with team members and custodial coordinator
- The ability to handle custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, etc as needed by the custodial coordinator
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a negative drug screen
Additional Requirements
- Must be neat, have good grooming/hygiene and wear appropriate work clothing
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
