Job Summary
CRNA to provide anesthesia services with clinical privileges, including airway and anesthesia depth monitoring, medication administration, data review for pre-operative assessment, maintaining patient safety, completing surgical safety checklists and intra-/post-operative documentation, and logging incidents in the Safety Portal. Required Qualifications
