Job Summary
CRNA role focusing on anesthesia care across high-acuity and community settings. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing patient data related to medical history and planned procedure, maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergencies, preparing and administering medications and fluids, ongoing assessment of airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response, completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care notes), logging incident reports in the Safety Portal, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Collaborative, patient-centered practice with emphasis on safety and adherence to standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
