Job Summary

Conduct shelter admissions, intake, and crisis interventions for domestic violence and rape crisis clients while maintaining client safety and confidentiality. Provide 24-hour hotline support, emergency advocacy, and client accompaniment upon training completion. Manage shelter operations by ensuring rule compliance, conducting daily walk-throughs, and overseeing cleanliness, laundry, and food preparation duties. Transport clients to appointments and complete service reports, statistics, and all required paperwork. Maintain client confidentiality, adhere to fire safety procedures, and serve as a mandated reporter. Requires valid driver's license, computer skills, and completion of sexual assault training. Meals are on-the-job with no period deducted from shift hours.
