Job Summary
Set up and operate creels by loading yarn cones or spools according to production specifications. Monitor yarn tension and quality during the creeling process, inspecting packages for defects and adjusting as necessary. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure safety compliance and optimal equipment operation. Collaborate with production team members to coordinate workflow and report equipment malfunctions or material shortages. All shifts available, with a maximum of 30 hours per week. This role supports continuous production flow and quality standards within the textile manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate creeling or similar textile machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
