Job Summary
Conduct substantive and analytical auditing procedures in assigned areas, preparing working papers to document tests and substantiate conclusions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and footnotes while identifying control deficiencies requiring management attention. Perform on-site agreed-upon procedure engagements in Austin, Texas, adhering to a varying schedule of 5-15 hours weekly with shifts running Monday through Saturday between 8am and midnight. Maintain the highest degree of ethics and integrity, prioritizing a heavy workload with superior communication and decision-making skills.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a CPA License in the State of Texas
- Able to pass a thorough background check
- Ability to commit to a varying schedule of 5-15 hours/week
- Ability to perform work on-site at client locations in downtown Austin based on an assigned monthly schedule that includes shifts of Monday through Saturday with varying times between 8am and midnight
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of ethics and integrity
- Superior oral/written communication skills
- Well-developed decision-making skills
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected
- Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized
