Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize goods flow, and train staff on merchandising principles. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded while maintaining organizational and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management and address shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, adhering to labor laws and safety protocols.
