Job Summary
Lead in the kitchen during dinner service and be comfortable guiding the kitchen and interacting with residents when questions or issues arise. May also guide waitstaff/dishwashers to ensure all tasks are completed for the shift. Shifts include Breakfast/Lunch 6a-2p and Lunch/Dinner 11:30a-7:00p with every other weekend and every other holiday. Salary is $16.00-$19.00/hr with benefits after 60 days and a range of perks. The role emphasizes developing culinary skills and delivering nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
