Job Summary
Prepare meals and manage kitchen operations for residential youth aged 18-21 at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center. Ensure food safety standards are met while supporting a safe, normalized high school experience for students in dormitories. Coordinate with on-site school and vocational training programs to align meal schedules with student activities. Maintain a clean and supportive environment that promotes positive change and growth for at-risk male youth.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Be able to pass a physical exam
- Be able to pass a TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have an active driver's license
