Cook II (Part-Time) in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring 2+ years of culinary experience. Assist in menu development with Head Chef, maintain safety and cleanliness, monitor stock and place orders, train and supervise junior staff, collaborate on large events, ensure timely, quality dishes, and uphold strict quality control standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook, with at least 2 years of professional culinary experience preferred
- Knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary school graduate is a plus but not required
