Work in a physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on feet for several hours. Starting pay is dependent on experience, with all Cook Team Members beginning as Trainees who receive guaranteed pay increases after completing paid comprehensive training. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate school activities, and free or discounted meals are provided during shifts. This role offers a clear pathway to leadership positions and the unique opportunity to eventually own your own franchise within the Hwy 55 family.
